Getting your air conditioner ready for summer
A little spring prep keeps your air conditioner running cool and cuts the chance of a breakdown on the first hot day.

What you can do
Clear leaves and grass from around the outdoor unit. Change your furnace filter. Make sure vents are open and not blocked by furniture or rugs.
What we check on a tune-up
We check the refrigerant, clean the coils, test the electrical parts and make sure the system is ready. Small problems get caught before they leave you hot.
Beat the rush
The first warm week is our busiest. A spring tune-up means you are ready before everyone else picks up the phone.
Quick tips from our crew
- Hose off the outdoor unit gently before the first hot day.
- Replace the filter every one to three months in season.
- Book a tune-up in spring, before our short summer rush.
